What's new
The latest versions of Distance Measure Pro, newest first.
1.20.17 — October 2026
- A new app icon.
- After Save, the result stays on screen with Share as image, the PDF report and tags.
- Find your land from a village, an address or coordinates.
- Check accuracy against a length you know.
- See a saved plot in older satellite images.
- Android's backup moves your measurements to a new phone.
1.20.14 and 1.20.15 — October 2026
- A clearer street map, and a new Hybrid view: satellite with roads and place names.
- Maps open on your country, and the drawing map on satellite view, keeping the background you choose.
- Side lengths in one unit; the suggested name is selected, so typing replaces it.
1.20.12 and 1.20.13 — October 2026
- Saved measurements appear under the drawing, and a point placed next to one of their corners snaps onto it.
- They also appear as outlines when you walk, measure corner by corner or use the full-screen map.
1.20.4 to 1.20.11 — October 2026
- One measuring screen: five measurements, the same search bar on both maps, and Change once a measurement has started.
- After Save, the map starts again from an empty drawing; Measure again on the map offers to replace the original or save as new.
- A drawing not saved yet is restored if the phone closes the app; a warning shows when two sides cross.
- The map can turn with the phone while you walk.
- Suggest an improvement and Recommend to a friend.
1.20.0 — October 2026
- Terrain for a drawn plot: corner elevations, slope, true area on a slope, profile of a line.
- Land units of more countries: rai, feddan, dunam, mu, sotka, manzana; tsubo, pyeong and square vara on request; compound values in the converter.
- One figure everywhere: the report, the shared text and the exports match the screen.
